Experience:
B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry (A.H) with Masters in Dairy Technology works or a relevant discipline will be given advantage.
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software.
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong management, planning, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in the development of value-added dairy products, with particular expertise in dairy product management.

WORKING CONDITION:
The position is primarily based at the Company's Dairy Farm/Genetic Farm, with regular activities to other, milk collection activities, processing facilities, and project sites as required. Working hours will be as per Company policy; however, the incumbent must be willing to work beyond normal office hours, on weekends, public holidays, or in emergency situations to ensure uninterrupted dairy operations.
Job Context
The Assistant Manager (Dairy Product & Process Technology) will be responsible for supporting dairy farm operations, milk quality assurance, dairy processing, technology implementation, herd productivity improvement, and technical guidance to ensure efficient and sustainable dairy production. The position requires close coordination with farm management, veterinary, nutrition, breeding, and production teams to enhance overall dairy performance and product quality. The job location will be at the company's Farm Office, with travel to other project sites as required by operational needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day dairy farm operations, including milk production, collection, handling, storage, and processing.
Ensure production of high-quality milk by maintaining hygiene, sanitation, and biosecurity standards throughout the milking process.
Monitor milk quality parameters, including fat, SNF, protein, acidity, microbial load, adulteration, and somatic cell count.
Supervise operation and maintenance of milking machines, milk cooling tanks, pasteurizers, and other dairy equipment.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dairy value chain and milk handling.
Analyze milk production records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Monitor feed management practices and recommend improvements to maximize milk production and animal performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions to minimize product losses and maintain product quality.
Train and supervise dairy technicians, milkers, and farm workers on modern dairy management practices and hygiene protocols.
Assist in budgeting, inventory management, and procurement of dairy consumables, chemicals, and equipment.
Support research and development activities related to dairy technology and productivity enhancement.
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for dairy equipment and utilities.
Maintain proper documentation of production records, quality control reports, maintenance logs, and inventory records.
Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
Ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance within dairy operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Ensure effective implementation and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
