• Agricultural Graduate with MBA/Masters in Marketing/ Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Statistics/ Economics/ other related discipline.

• Age At least 30 years

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent Communication skills both in English & Bangla.

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale Industries & livestock procurement and supply chain.

• Expertise in livestock accessories pricing,

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Proficient in budgeting and cost control

• Understanding of supply chain and sourcing systems

Lal Teer Livestock Development (Bangladesh) Limited a concern of Multimode Group is the first Bangladeshi Research and Development (R & D) based "Livestock Breeding Company" in the private sector. From the very inception LTLD has been working for the improvement of Buffalo and Cattle breed throughout the country. Our R&D includes genetic farm (breeding farm), bull stations, fodder bank and modern semen processing laboratory, as well as improvement of feed, animal health and management technique for smallholder animal farmers including women entrepreneurs. The Bull Station is fully equipped with live bull management and semen production and distribution of frozen semen of dairy, beef cattle and buffaloes which is quality certified by ISO (ISO 9001:2015). Job Location: Farm office & Head office (Both place).

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure procurement processes through supplier /Dealer/Company sourcing, collection and analysis of quotations, price comparison preparation, memo preparation, and Conducting management final approval process. Ensure timely placement of orders and approved purchase orders for both local and international procurement, and coordinate with Finance for payment processing.

• Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements, purchase orders, and procurement documentation. Coordinate with suppliers /Dealer/Company nationally & Internationally and cross-functional terms to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

• Develop and execute male & female animal for functioning fattening program procurement strategies aligned with organizational business goals and operational requirements.

• Develop a platform for purchase and selling of animal targeted business goals.

• Perform data analysis to support supply chain decisions and identify areas for operational improvement and cost optimization.

• Plan, organize, and direct all activities related to sourcing, logistics coordination, inventory management, and supply chain governance for livestock operations.

• Implement procurement risk management practices and ensure compliance with regulatory, quality product, safety, and company standards.

• Develop new sourcing networks of livestock supply & all delivery and expand procurement channels to ensure uninterrupted supply and competitive pricing.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers, sellers for procurement of goods and services.

• Build and maintain effective teamwork, demonstrate willingness to work hard, manage time efficiently, and meet organizational deadlines.

• Any kinds of license registration and renewal work.

• Participation in E-Tender activities related work along with finding E-Tender by searching.

• Perform any other assignments or responsibilities assigned by the Management/Authority from time to time.

• Ensure effective implementation and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and procedures.
