Experience:
1. Conduct Internal Audit function as well as prepare the report in accordance with international standard on Auditing (ISA).
2. Inspect Accounts books, and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions & financial statement preparation.
3. Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures, and programs that complies with the company policy and helps the company to minimize the costs
4. Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, and procedures.
5. Investigate and determine causes of irregularities and errors. Recommend corrective action and suggest for improvement.
6. Identify loopholes and recommend for risk aversion measures and cost savings.
7. Analyze primary and secondary sales data, distributor stock, balance confirmation, pricing, and identify errors due to fraudulent activities and negligence.
8. Monitor all expenses to be incurred in line with the approved budget. And ensure the compliance level as per company policy.
9. Work with various business unit/factory representatives and process owners to review and test internal systems and processes.
10. Examine daily sales, collection, Bank deposits, the process of daily transactions, and reconcile customers/ vendors ledger.
11. Calculate factory-wise RM consumption (formulation-wise) and quantity /percentages of Finished Goods and wastage.
12. Monitor the process of LC and ICC Incoterms for import/export. Examine import & Export relevant documents (LC, Invoice, BL, Customs duty, Port bill, Shipping agent charges etc.)
13. Control procurement procedure of local (Check all requisitions, Work order, Comparative Statement, Quotation, GRN & others supporting documents).
14. Physical verification of assets and reconciling the records maintained in the company’s jurisdiction.
15. Review work papers and audit reports, edit reports prepared by other auditors, advise top management on audit, and internal control matters.
16. Any other task given by the Management.
