Responsibilities & Context:

1. Develop comprehensive marketing plans for the Insecticide, Fungicide, and Herbicide product groups, and achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets..

2. Prepare annual and half-yearly sales, promotional, and marketing budgets in line with business objectives.

3. Develop training manuals for PP/RSO/TSO personnel and organize and conduct training programs at least twice a year.

4. Ensure that all promotional materials are prepared and distributed before the commencement of each relevant crop/marketing season, in accordance with the approved promotional budget.

5. Execute promotional activities as per the approved budget and provide weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports. Evaluate and measure the impact of promotional activities on sales performance.

6. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely preparation of RM (Raw Materials), PM (Packaging Materials), and FG (Finished Goods) and maintain an uninterrupted supply to meet market demand.

7. Ensure 10–15 days of field visits per month and, through field visits, monitor and analyze competitors’ branding and promotional activities, product pricing, special programs, and market strategies, and prepare relevant reports.

8. Develop and maintain strong relationships and regular communication with Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE), Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC), Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI), Bangladesh Rice Research Institute (BRRI), NGOs, and other relevant institutions.

9. Coordinate with the Regulatory Department to source new products based on market demand and organize product launching/unveiling programs.

10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor/Management, based on business requirements.
