Education:

The candidate must have Graduate (B.S.C in Agriculture / Forestry/ Horticulture will be given preference) with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Education will be relaxed for the potential Candidates

• Experienced in nursery management and sales will be given preference

• Knowledge on papaya production, Sales and inventory management

• Excellent in report writing, budgeting, people management, work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment

• Promote BRAC Nursery seedlings, particularly papaya seedlings, among farmers

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective farmer engagement and market development

• Visit farmers regularly and conduct farmer meetings to promote seedlings and understand their requirements

• Prepare timely seedling delivery plans based on farmer demand and requirements

• Prepare and submit necessary reports

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
