• Master of Science (MSc) in Horticulture

• Age 26 to 30 years

• 1–2 years of experience in a commercial nursery or seedling production

• Practical experience in vegetable grafting is preferred.

• Experience in controlled-environment production is preferred.

• Experience with flower seedling production is preferred.

• Vegetable grafting, flower and vegetable seedling production, nursery management, growth chamber operation, seed germination, irrigation and growing media management, quality assurance, production planning, and technical reporting.

• Nursery production record management

Job Summary

The Seedling Production Executive is responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the commercial production of high-quality vegetable grafted seedlings and flower seedlings under controlled nursery conditions. The role ensures optimal germination, grafting success, disease prevention, quality assurance, and timely delivery while supporting research, new product development, and technical training.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise vegetable seedling grafting.

• Manage flower seedling production (Lisianthus, Aster, Gypsy, Petunia, Pansy, Dianthus, etc.).

• Operate and monitor polyhouse and growth chamber conditions.

• Ensure high germination, grafting success, and seedling quality.

• Prepare monthly and seasonal production plans.

• Maintain production records and prepare regular reports.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
