This is the full job responsibilities — read carefully:

Lead & train the student team: recruit, train and supervise 10 university students; teach them the monitoring method (farm visits, geo-tagged photos, checklists); check their work every week; solve problems they cannot solve

Farmer coordination: run the farm-gate price survey; prepare buy-back price proposals; organize farmer contract signings; issue labeled input kits in stages; maintain the farmer register

Hub & logistics:

help set up the collection hub in Dhaka North (rent, cold kit, equipment); coordinate the weekly harvest → collection → testing → packing → delivery cycle; supervise hub staff and delivery riders

Content support:

work with the content creator (also hired by you via contest) to film the fields and harvests; make sure daily updates reach the owner

Reporting:

keep a daily task log and timesheet (geo-tagged attendance); report to the owner every week; flag problems the same day they appear

Money discipline:

you never hold company money; every purchase goes through owner approval (quote → approval → receipt); you prepare, the owner approves

Who we're looking for:

Students or recent graduates from Mymensingh — B.Sc. Agriculture / Agribusiness / Agri-Economics preferred

Able to ride a motorcycle and work in the field

Comfortable with smartphones, Google Forms, WhatsApp, photos

Patient, disciplined, good with people (farmers and students); a natural trainer

Can work 6 days a week (Friday off), based in Mymensingh–Gazipur with ~1 day/week in Dhaka

Compensation & growth (performance-linked — the ladder is written into your contract from day

1): Tk 20,000/month — Months 1–3 (trial & training): you learn the system, train the students, run the survey, help set up the hub

Tk 24,000/month — from Month 4, on promotion to Operations Manager: promotion is earned — you must

pass the quality gate (first deliveries on time ≥90%, rejects <5%) and hit the performance scorecard (≥80%)

Tk 26,000/month from Month 6 · Tk 28,000 from Month 9 · Tk 30,000 from Month 12: as you take over

the full weekly cycle — pods, zones, deliveries

Tk 33,000/month in Year 2 · Tk 36,000 by end of Year 2 · Tk 40,000 from Year 3: running the operation

with the owner's oversight only

Plus a performance team bonus (Tk 500–1,000/month when the weekly scorecard is on target)
