Job Title: Chemical Marketing Executive (Dyeing & Washing)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target prospective textile dyeing mills, garment washing plants, and denim processing units to build strong B2B leads.

Conduct regular field visits to dye-houses and washing facilities to engage directly with factory managers, washing masters, and DGM/AGM decision-makers.

Promote specialized textile dyes, wet processing auxiliaries, enzymes, silicone softeners, fixers, and washing chemicals.

Coordinate product trials at customer factory labs to prove chemical efficacy, yield, and cost-efficiency.

Maintain ongoing commercial relationships with key factory accounts to secure repeat bulk orders.

Track market trends, competitor pricing, and demand across key textile hubs.

Achieve monthly sales targets, handle order processing, and ensure timely payment collection.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education:

B.Sc in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or BBA/MBA with relevant industry experience.

Experience:

1–3 years of proven sales or technical marketing experience in textile dyeing auxiliaries, garment washing chemicals, or wet processing.

Technical Knowledge:

Clear understanding of textile wet processing, dyeing/washing recipes, fabric types, and chemical safety standards.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills in English and Bengali.

Mobility:

Willingness to undertake frequent field travel to industrial textile zones.
