Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Financial Management

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to maximize branch profitability.

• Analyze sales data, identify buying trends, and implement local marketing strategies.

• Control operational expenses, shrinkages, and wastage to protect margins.

• Manage daily cash handling, POS operations, and financial reporting.

2. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Ensure the store is opened, closed, and operated according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor stock levels, oversee the ordering process, and ensure optimal inventory turnover.

• Supervise product display, visual merchandising, and cleanliness to create an inviting shopping experience.

• Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to prevent stockouts of high-demand items.

3. Team Leadership & Talent Management

• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store staff (cashiers, floor assistants, security).

• Create efficient staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during peak shopping hours.

• Resolve internal conflicts and maintain a high level of team morale and productivity.

• Conduct regular briefings regarding daily targets, customer feedback, and safety protocols.

4. Customer Experience & Grievance Handling

• Maintain exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints.

• Address and resolve complex customer complaints, exchanges, and refund requests professionally.

• Collect customer feedback to improve product assortments and service delivery.
