Jr. Cashier (POS)

1. Greet customers and provide a smooth, efficient, and friendly billing experience.

2. Scan and process products accurately through the POS/billing system.

3. Receive payments through cash, card, mobile banking, or other approved payment methods.

4. Provide customers with the correct change, receipts, and transaction information.

5. Maintain accurate cash balances and complete daily cash settlement procedures.

6. Handle product returns, exchanges, and void transactions according to company policy.

7. Assist customers with billing-related questions and resolve basic issues promptly.

8. Ensure the checkout counter and surrounding area remain clean, organized, and professional.

9. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling cash and customer transactions.

10. Report any billing discrepancies, cash shortages, system issues, or suspicious transactions to the supervisor immediately.

11. Follow all company policies, cash-handling procedures, safety guidelines, and instructions from supervisors.

12. Support other store activities when required to ensure smooth overall store operations.
