Job Responsibilities

• Sell medicines and healthcare products while providing professional customer service.

• Receive customer orders and ensure the correct products and quantities are provided.

• Enter sales, purchase, and customer information accurately into the computer system.

• Manage and regularly update medicine inventory and stock records.

• Receive incoming medicines and verify product names, quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates.

• Monitor stock levels and inform management when products need to be reordered.

• Regularly check expiry dates and properly report expired, damaged, or defective products.

• Prepare invoices, maintain sales records, and assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Conduct physical stock counts and identify discrepancies between physical inventory and computer records.

• Maintain an organized workplace, follow company procedures, and ensure accurate and timely completion of all assigned duties.
