Prior experience with SGS, Bureau Veritas (BV), QIMA, TÜV, or other reputable TIC companies will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (experience in inspection, quality control, certification, or the textile industry will be an advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.
Good command of English and Bengali.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for inspection, quality control, auditing, testing, and certification services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, exporters, importers, buying houses, and sourcing companies.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Generate leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-up meetings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the head office to ensure excellent customer service and project execution.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
