Job Context:

Bondhu Seed Company, a growing agricultural enterprise in Bangladesh, is looking for dynamic and hardworking individuals to join our sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality vegetable and onion seeds to dealers, retailers, and farmers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Visit dealers, retailers, and farmers regularly to build strong business relationships.

• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.

• Organize field demonstrations, farmers’ meetings, and promotional activities.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.

• Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.

Employment Status:

Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or any discipline, OR Diploma in Agriculture

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in seed or agro-input sales will be an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 22–35 years

• Must have good communication and negotiation skills.

• Should be target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel frequently.

• Motorcycle driving ability is preferred.

Job Location:

Based on assigned sales territory (Jhenaidah, Bogura)

Salary:

Negotiable (based on experience and performance)
