Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Healthcare Startup, Medical College

The candidate should have a Diploma/Vocational in Mechanical/Electrical engineering with a minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized institution.

• Age 22 to 40 years

• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards

• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures

• Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures

• Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)

• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed

• Planning and scheduling repairs.

• Helping develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
