Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering Or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

• At least 3 years

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience in Substation Installation, Commissioning, Servicing, and Maintenance.

• Experience with HT Panel, LT Panel, and PFI Panel making and servicing.

• Strong knowledge of Substation Components, Power Distribution, and Substation Management.

• Candidates with Industrial and Commercial Substation experience will be preferred.

• Experience in Substation Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

• Good computer skills with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

• Dynamic, self-motivated, and committed with high personal integrity and loyalty.

• Smart, energetic, and willing to work under pressure.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

1. Provide technical solutions and project execution support for Low and Medium Voltage Substation equipment.

2. Handle installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of:

   • Transformer

   • HT & LT Switchgear Panels

   • PFI Plants

   • HT Metering Panels

   • Other Substation equipment and components

3. Provide technical support for commercial, industrial, real estate, and service-sector projects.

4. Prepare complete substation technical solutions according to customer requirements.

5. Prepare budgetary cost estimates for substation projects based on individual customer requirements.

6. Provide technical support for project execution, product service, and troubleshooting.

7. Prepare regular weekly and monthly reports.

8. Support management in business performance reviews and strategic planning.

9. Develop ideas and strategies to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

10. Apply appropriate tools and techniques to achieve assigned targets.

11. Maintain regular and systematic communication with customers and internal teams.
