Academic Qualification & Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the footwear industry.

Qualification

• Understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations relevant to the footwear industry.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Location: Factory Premises, Vannara, Mouchak, Gazipur

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance of generators, cutting machines, sewing machines, lasting machines and laser machines.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure smooth factory operations.

• Develop and implement maintenance plans for critical equipment.

• Inspect and evaluate machine conditions for optimal performance.

• Plan and request necessary parts and accessories in advance.

• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports.

• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

• Ensure all machinery complies with safety regulations.

• Execute other tasks assigned by management.
