Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

MSc./BSc. in IPE/ME/EEE from any reputed university.

• 5 to 7 years

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Strong knowledge of foreign sourcing and procurement.

• Hands-on experience in supplier development and supplier evaluation.

• Sound knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international trade procedures.

• Strong understanding of HS Code classification, customs regulations, VAT and import duty structures.

• Practical experience in utilizing SRO facilities and claiming regulatory benefits.

• Knowledge of import documentation, LC, TT, customs clearance and commercial procedures.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with foreign suppliers.

• Coordinate the sourcing and procurement work by ensuring quality, shortest lead time and competitive price.

• Identify and qualify suppliers for critical materials.

• Find the suitable suppliers of RM and Spare Parts.

• To finalize PO/PI, SKD/CKD, LC, TT, CAD based on types of customization checklist and guidelines by maintaining proper correspondents with concerned departments.

• Coordinate commercial staffs to procure materials or components considering all available Customs and VAT SROs.

• Help R&I and costing department for analyzing feasibility of any new SKU and new projects providing required information.

• Prepare a budgetary report for material purchase and make monthly report for management.

• Participate major overseas Exhibitions/ Trade Fair to find the suitable cost effective suppliers & materials.

• Regular corresponding with materials suppliers about the quality feedback and development.

• Coordinate production and planning department and follow up material stock based on the requirements.
