Education:

- Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
Experience in residential/multi-storey RCC buildings will be preferred
Strong practical knowledge of reinforcement, concrete, foundations and structural detailing
Requirements:

Skills Required: AutoCAD 2D 3D,BNBC 2020,cost estimation or BOQ,ETABS

Responsibilities & Context:
- Review and interpret structural drawings, design calculations and specifications
- Supervise RCC structural works including foundation, pile cap, columns, beams, slabs, stairs and related works
- Verify reinforcement detailing, bar bending schedules and structural dimensions before casting
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved structural drawings and engineering standards
- Check formwork, reinforcement and concrete works before every casting
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, site engineers and contractors
- Review structural changes and provide technically appropriate solutions
- Monitor concrete quality, test reports and construction materials
- Prepare/check BOQ, quantity calculations and material requirements
- Maintain structural inspection records and progress reports
- Ensure quality control and construction safety standards at site
- Identify structural issues early and recommend corrective measures
