Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Land Management, Property Management & Preservation Services

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Internet applications, and Social Media Marketing.

• Age At least 18 years

1. Manage the marketing and sales activities of the company’s residential and commercial projects.

2. Identify potential buyers and new clients while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

3. Arrange project visits and provide clients with relevant information, guidance, and consultation.

4. Achieve sales targets and prepare regular progress reports.

5. Participate in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and direct marketing activities.

6. Assist clients in selecting suitable apartments or commercial spaces based on their requirements and successfully complete the sales process.
