Must have strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Willing to travel extensively and work in the field as required.
Must be target-oriented, proactive and capable of working independently.
Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh as per business requirements.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve assigned coal sales targets and develop new customers.
Regularly visit brick kilns, industries, dealers and brokers.
Generate customer inquiries and follow up for order conversion.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate with Depot In-Charge for delivery and customer requirements.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing and demand.
Submit daily market visit and sales reports to Head Office.
