• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.

• Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.

• Negotiate deals and close transactions with buyers and investors.

• Marketing & Promotion

• Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and outdoor).

• Create promotional materials such as brochures, ads, and social media content.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to increase brand awareness.

• Organize property exhibitions and events to attract potential clients.

• Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Market Research & Reporting

• Monitor real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
