Responsibilities & Context:

  •  Lead, manage, and oversee all phases of residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects from inception to handover.

  •  Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, work plans, and overall project progress.

  •  Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

  •  Supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and construction teams for smooth project execution.

  •  Establish and implement QA/QC standards to ensure structural quality, finishing standards, and timely project delivery.

  •  Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, safety procedures, building codes, and environmental regulations across all project sites.

  •  Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and provide necessary guidance to project teams.

  •  Monitor project costs, expenses, material usage, productivity, and take necessary actions to control cost overruns.

  •  Plan and optimize manpower, machinery, and materials across multiple project sites.

  •  Coordinate with Design, MEP, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams for effective project execution.

  •  Manage contractor selection, bidding process, work orders, contracts, and milestone-based billing verification.

  •  Ensure timely procurement and delivery of quality construction materials to avoid project delays.

  •  Verify material quality and minimize wastage through effective construction management practices.

  •  Implement project branding and merchandising requirements during construction.

  •  Develop and maintain an in-house construction monitoring team for quality control and timely project completion.

  •  Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and technical teams.

  •  Improve construction methodologies, technologies, and processes aligned with company goals.

  •  Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality, design, or structural integrity.

  •  Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines using effective planning techniques (CPM/PERT).

  •  Prepare and submit progress reports, management updates, and performance reviews.

  •  Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
