Experience:

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline.

• Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Age 24 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Experience in Snacks, Biscuits, Bakery, Confectionery, Food, or similar FMCG categories will be preferred.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

• Drive primary and secondary sales in line with business objectives.

• Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.

• Analyze sales trends, gaps, and opportunities and implement appropriate action plans.

• Ensure continuous expansion of numeric and weighted distribution across the territory.

• Identify potential markets, new outlets, and uncovered areas for business expansion.

• Develop and maintain effective distribution networks within the assigned territory.

• Monitor distributor-wise and territory-wise performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Monitor distributor stock, order processing, inventory levels, and market supply.

• Lead and monitor sales representatives' market visits, productive calls, outlet coverage, strike rate, and sales achievement.

• Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports as required.
