• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Fisheries, Animal/Plant Breeding, Agro based Startup

• Diploma/Honors/Masters with any background eg. Marketing, Management.

• Preference will be given to B.sc Honors Zoology /M.sc Fisheries.Student from National University/Fisheries Diploma institutions/ Diploma in Agriculture

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Fisheries, Animal/Plant Breeding, Agro based Startup

• Age At least 23 years
• Only Male

1.  Candidate must obedient to the office rules & reporting system, should be smart, polite in manner with attractive personality.2.  Candidate should be self- motivated & creative in field work.3.  Candidate should have good leadership quality, execution skills, can do attitude, should work under pressure & can manage dealer along with farmer.4.  Candidate having experience in motorbike driving.5.  Candidate having experience in aqua products marketing are encourage to apply. The applicants should have experience in Fisheries & Poultry technical support.
Note: Motor bike driving Mandatory

1.  Provide technical support and advisory services to fish farm owners on pond management, fish health, disease prevention, and treatment protocols.

2.  Existing Dealer Visit & Open new dealership.

3.  Collect money from the market and Control market Outstanding.

4.  Planning and Execution of sales target of the company.

5.  Arrange Local farmers meeting.

6.  Self-motivated willing to work in a team.

7.  Searching and expansion of new markets.

8.  Follow up daily sales and report the present situation to the relevant Authority.

9.  Frequent market survey and reporting to the Management.
