• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• At least 12 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• 12+ years of relevant experience in building construction and project management.
• Strong experience in managing construction sites and multiple contractors.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, drawings, BOQ, scheduling, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to independently take ownership of project execution and deliver results.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, and other relevant project management tools will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, or high-end building projects will be preferred.

• Oversee and manage all construction activities from commencement to completion.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project schedules and construction programs.
• Establish and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor construction progress against approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, budget, and schedule.
• Take overall responsibility for final quality control and construction standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify/resolve construction issues.
• Review workmanship, materials, and construction methods to ensure compliance with required standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and management for technical and construction-related decisions.
• Identify potential delays, risks, and site issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Maintain proper documentation of site progress, inspections, approvals, and project reports.
• Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and proper site management practices.
