Responsibilities & Context:
Generate and qualify new leads through calls, referrals, site visits and digital channels
Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from first contact to booking to agreement signing
Convert walk-ins and inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings
Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs with prospective buyers
Negotiate pricing and payment plans within approved company guidelines
Maintain consistent, disciplined follow-up on every prospect
Coordinate with the marketing team on lead-gen campaigns (Facebook, Google) and give feedback on lead quality
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for referrals and repeat business
Prepare basic sales reports and pipeline updates for management
