The Position:
We are looking for an experienced person to support North End’s Finance Unit in role of Finance Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for posting accounting entries with accuracy and completeness, generating various relevant reports independently, maintaining relationship with bank, etc. He/she should have sound knowledge of relevant accounting standards.
Managing petty cash fund.
Managing internal advance payment and adjustment.
Posting accounting entries in the accounting software (Quickbooks) on a timely and regular basis.
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting transactions in accordance with financial procedures and relevant accounting standards.
Always keeping files up to date and guaranteeing proper filing of relevant supporting documents for future reference, including audit.
Performing regular integrity checks of accounting entries and account balances.
Participating in monthly/quarterly/annual closing activities.
Generating relevant reports independently as required by the Management, Head of Group as well as other departments.
Knowing, applying and complying with all administrative and financial procedures and deadlines linked to his/er work.
Identifying anomalies or other issues and proposing solutions to the supervisor.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
