Experience:

A leading and one of the fastest-growing FMCG conglomerates is looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and result-oriented finance professional to join as Manager – Finance.
The role will be responsible for managing key corporate finance and banking activities, maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, and providing data-driven financial insights and timely management reports to support business decisions and growth.
Manage the Group’s corporate finance and banking activities, including bank liaison, loan processing, sanction, disbursement, renewal, and related documentation.
Maintain effective relationships with banks and financial institutions and coordinate all relevant correspondence and financial requirements.
Monitor the overall financial and banking status of Group companies, including loans, liabilities, cash flow, receivables, payables, and key financial transactions.
Develop data-driven financial MIS, dashboards, analysis, and presentations to provide Management with a clear and timely view of the organization’s financial position and performance.
Analyze financial data, identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to Management for informed decision-making.
Prepare financial information, projections, and reports related to business expansion, funding requirements, investment, and financing decisions.
Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Commercial, Supply Chain, Legal, Business Units, and other stakeholders for smooth execution of financial activities.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, financial discipline, and timely reporting across the Group.
Support Management in financial planning, business growth, financing strategy, and other strategic initiatives.
