• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CA (CC)/ACCA/CMA qualification or part-qualified candidates will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Audit, Internal Audit, Accounts, Finance, or Compliance.

• Candidates with experience in a reputed organization, audit firm, manufacturing, trading, or corporate environment will be preferred.

• Strong experience in internal control, risk assessment, financial audit, and compliance is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

• Good command of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

• Ability to lead and manage an audit team effectively.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, audit procedures, taxation, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

• Plan, supervise, and execute internal and external audit activities in accordance with applicable laws, accounting standards, and company policies.

• Review financial statements, accounting records, internal controls, and business processes to identify risks, weaknesses, and irregularities.

• Develop annual and periodic audit plans based on risk assessment.

• Lead audit teams and ensure timely completion of audit assignments.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.

• Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks and provide practical recommendations to management.

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and corrective actions.

• Follow up on audit observations and ensure implementation of agreed corrective measures.

• Coordinate with management, finance, accounts, tax, compliance, and other relevant departments.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, IFRS/IAS, and organizational policies.

• Conduct special audits, investigations, and reviews as assigned by management.

• Maintain proper audit documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
