  • Practical experience in Accounts, Internal Audit, Income Tax and VAT-related functions is required.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with a positive, proactive and "can-do" attitude.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare, maintain and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

  • Manage cash budgets, actual expenditures and fund utilization to ensure financial discipline, cost efficiency and adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations.

  • Prepare and maintain the cash book, bank book, general ledger, bill register, stock register, trial balance and other registers.

  • Prepare and review payment, receipt, journal, debit and credit vouchers, manufacture vouchers, ensuring proper authorization and timely adjustment of advances.

  • Perform bank-related accounting activities, including recording transactions, preparing bank reconciliations and monitoring bank charges, interest and other financial costs.

  • Prepare and review revenue, expenditure, payroll and other accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans and conduct variance analysis with recommendations for cost optimization and budget efficiency.

  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and prepare depreciation schedules in accordance with company policies.

  • Perform day-to-day VAT & Tax activities.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
