Experience:
CA (CC) with Master's degree in Accounting & Finance from a reputed Public/Private University.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Companies.
Strong Knowledge of Accounting Principles, IFRS and Bangladesh TAX/VAT (TDS/VDS) Regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Good Communication Skill (both Bengali and English).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.· Team player with leadership potential.
Must be honest & hard working.
Knowledge of ERP & Tally software.
Ability to independently lead and manage
Prepare, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, annual, and statutory financial statements for multiple companies.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing with complete accuracy.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives and long-term business growth.
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial projections, business planning, and capital expenditure planning.
Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, treasury operations, and fund optimization.
Ensure full compliance with IFRS, IAS, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, VAT Act, Bangladesh Bank regulations, RJSC requirements, and other statutory obligations.
Develop effective tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Coordinate statutory audit, internal audit, external audit, tax audit, VAT audit, compliance audit, and special management audits.
Monitor inventory valuation, cost accounting, production costing, standard costing, BOM costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing cost optimization.
Ensure accurate General Ledger management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset Management, Intercompany Reconciliation, and Consolidation Accounting.
Maintain bank balances, petty cash, journal, and cash book records and Process payments, expense claims and refunds accurately. Reconcile bank statements and post monthly journals / statements
