Additional Requirements:

  • Must have excellent oral and written English communication skill.

  • Knowledge of the following areas, preferred: IAS/IFRS, Budget, Tax/VAT regulations etc

  • Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, planning/budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Ensure proper recording of accounting and financial transactions in the ERP system in coordination with the Head Office, Factory Accounts, and ERP service provider.

  2. Review and verify notes, expenditures, and supporting documents related to the NMSIL new factory shed construction project for management approval.

  3. Check and verify regular factory operational notes, payments, and related financial documents.

  4. Ensure real-time recording of bank, cash, and payment transactions in the ERP system.

  5. Coordinate with the Head Office and Factory for the timely preparation and submission of financial reports to Management and the Board of Directors (BOD).

  6. Maintain sales transactions in both Excel and ERP systems, including customer billing and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.

  7. Maintain records of all receipts and disbursements.

  8. Assist in handling and coordinating external audits.

  9. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in accounting systems.

  10. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met in accordance with applicable IFRS requirements.

  11. Ensure monthly and quarterly bank compliance activities are completed accurately and within the required timelines.

  12. Coordinate and assist in statutory and government/autonomous organization inspections as and when required.
