Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 30 years
  • Only Male
  • Age preferably within 30 years; may be relaxed for candidates with relevant experience.

  • Experience in steel products (MS Plate/Coil, Checkered Plate, SS Pipe/Tube, etc.) will be given preference.

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working under pressure.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, customer relationship, and planning skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Promote and sell steel products, primarily MS Plate and Stainless Steel Pipe/Tube.

  • Generate sales from prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets within the specified timeline.

  • Conduct market analysis, particularly for MS Plate and other steel products.

  • Perform marketing research and prepare structured reports.

  • Work independently to meet individual targets and submit weekly performance reports.

  • Assist management in executing sales and marketing strategies.

  • Negotiate contracts and manage overall sales activities.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, including handling feedback, complaints, and providing technical support.

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as required.
