• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Electric Wire/Cable

• Age 30 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in showroom or institutional sales, preferably in the electrical, electrical accessories, building materials, or related industries.

• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing key dealers customers.

• Prior experience working with dealers, retailers, distributors, and other relevant sales channels.

• Ensure smooth and regular sales operations at the showroom and coordinate all sales-related activities effectively.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify and assess potential dealers and retail electrical outlets.

• Develop and appoint new dealers within the assigned territory.

• Work towards achieving monthly sales and collection targets.

• Maintain regular communication with dealers and build strong relationships to increase sales.

• Monitor dealer activities and provide necessary support to improve business performance.

• Analyze market demand and customer requirements and report findings to management.

• Take appropriate initiatives to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from dealers.

• Update collection information in the software and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product supply.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting Head.

• Continuously strive to achieve the company’s sales and collection targets and contribute to overall sales growth and business development.
