Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Typically, 5–8 years of relevant experience in cable manufacturing, electrical products, wire & cable, or a similar manufacturing industry, with proven experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong knowledge of cable production processes (extrusion, twisting, bunching insulation sheathing copper wire processing raw materials (PVC, XLPE) and testing standards.).
Hands-on experience in Wire Drawing, Annealing, Bunching, Extruder, Packaging, Quality Testing, operating Experience
Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
1. Manage Factory Operations
Manage the day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production of cable products.
2. Production Planning & Target
Prepare production plans, arrange required materials and manpower, and ensure production targets are achieved on time.
3. Monitor Production Performance
Monitor production efficiency, output, wastage, yield, machine downtime, and take necessary actions to improve performance.
4. Ensure Product Quality
Work closely with the Quality and R&D teams to maintain product quality and ensure cables meet the required standards.
5. New Product & Process Development
Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, and SCM teams for new product development, product trials, and improvement of production processes.
6. Material & Supply Coordination
Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure the required raw materials and components are available on time.
7. Cost & Wastage Control
Monitor production costs, material usage, wastage, rejection, and other losses to improve overall factory efficiency.
8. SOP & Manpower Management
Develop and maintain proper SOPs and ensure effective manpower allocation, line balancing, discipline, and productivity.
9. Team Coordination & Problem Solving
Coordinate with different departments to solve production-related problems and ensure smooth completion of operational activities and projects.
10. Safety, Compliance & Reporting
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company standards and prepare regular production and factory performance reports for management.
