Mandatory:

Direct experience on implementing ERP modules (such as Accounts, Production, Supply Chain, or Inventory) within a manufacturing company.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Profound knowledge of manufacturing business processes.

  • Strong expertise in Business Process Documentation and flow-charting tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

  • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP implementation specialist to lead and support the deployment of our enterprise resource planning system. The candidate will be responsible for mapping business requirements, overseeing data migration, and ensuring the system aligns with manufacturing excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Mapping: Analyze and document current "As-Is" business processes and design "To-Be" processes within the ERP framework.

  • Implementation Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

  • Documentation: Create comprehensive business process documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between department heads (Production, Inventory, Finance, Sales) and the ERP vendor.

  • Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and power users to ensure high system adoption rates.

  • Data Integrity: Oversee data cleansing and migration from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
