Responsibilities & Context:
Access Control & Security
Develop and maintain smart entrance gate, glass door, and electronic door-lock systems.
Integrate RFID, fingerprint, facial recognition, Bluetooth, and mobile-based authentication systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot access-control hardware and connectivity.
Attendance & Member Validation
Integrate attendance machines with backend/ERP systems.
Develop member validation systems for meal access and cafeteria automation.
Ensure reliable synchronization between devices and servers.
Smart Facility & Room Automation
Develop occupancy/member detection systems for rooms.
Automate room electricity based on member entry and occupancy.
Implement smart energy-management solutions using sensors, relays, and controllers.
Develop and maintain air-conditioner automation and remote-control systems.
IoT Devices & Automation
Develop and maintain IoT-enabled coffee machine and other smart-device systems.
Work with ESP32, ESP8266, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, STM32, or similar platforms.
Develop firmware and integrate IoT devices using MQTT, HTTP, WebSocket, BLE, and Wi-Fi.
AI & Mobile Integration
Develop AI-based smartphone assistant solutions for facility operations.
Integrate voice commands, mobile applications, cloud platforms, and IoT devices.
Develop automation workflows for centralized and remote device control.
System Monitoring & Improvement
Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, network, and connectivity issues.
Improve the reliability of existing systems, including Bluetooth biometric devices.
Reactivate and optimize currently inactive automation systems such as rooftop audio systems.
Maintain proper documentation of IoT devices, configurations, and system architecture.
