Masters of ICT (MICT).·
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputed university.·
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, or similar) will be considered an added advantage.
Experience ·
At least 08 to 10 years of hands-on experience as IT Management in any renowned Organization and 02 to 03 years leadership level as a Head of IT in Corporate or renowned Organization and also the specialized fields of software development, integration, and proficiently managing databases. Demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in these technical domains; ·
Age at most 35 to 45 years but also age is relaxable for highly experienced candidates. ·
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a technical team; ·
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise software systems Ability to provide need base training; ·
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; ·
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical matters to non-technical management;
Gana Unnayan Kendra (GUK) is seeking a qualified and committed person for the position of Head of IT to strengthening organizational IT system.
Ensure smooth IT operations, manage projects within company budget, oversee data backup & recovery, reduce IT yearly cost, and lead IT policy making
Oversee overall IT operations and ensure smooth, uninterrupted functioning of all IT systems and services.
Collect, collate and process information and perform data quality and consistency control.
Manage IT-related projects or Programme within approved company Orgnaization budget and timelines.
Take full responsibility for data backup and recovery operations, ensuring business continuity.
Identify opportunities to reduce IT yearly costs without compromising quality or security.
Formulate, update, and enforce IT policies across the organization.
Lead, supervise, and mentor the team of IT staff.
Design and implement IT strategies, systems, and infrastructure aligned with business goals.
Identify and eliminate IT security risks; ensure data and network security at all levels.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate IT needs and systems.
Evaluate IT operations and performance against established organizational goals.
Maintain effective communication within the IT team and across other departments as needed.
Assess the need for new equipment, technology, and software, and recommend procurement accordingly.
Prepare progress reports and budget reports for upper management on a regular basis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with outside vendors, both national and international.
Manage the company's IT help desk and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
Contribute to overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
