Bachelor’s/Master’s Computer Science/Master’s degree any discipline.
Experience ·
At least 08 to 10 years of hands-on experience as MIS Management in microfinance (NGOs) and 02 to 03 years leadership level as a MIS Manager/Head of MIS in Microfinance (MF) and also the specialized fields of software development, integration, and proficiently managing databases. Demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in these technical domains;·
Age at most 35 to 45 years·
Excellent in Microfinance Software (like Microfin360);·
Proven experience in managing web-based MIS;·
Report writing like;
OTR, New due, Saving Performance, MF progrmme Profit-loss report & presenting skills, skills in documenting ;·
Ability to provide need base training;·
Excellent in MS Office application, MS Power point, internet and e-mail;·
Ability to undertake frequent field visits.·
Experience in reputable national NGOs and related organizations, demonstrating a consistent and dedicated commitment to relevant roles.
Gana Unnayan Kendra (GUK) is seeking a qualified and committed person for the position of MIS-Manager/Head of MIS to strengthening organizational Microfinance system.
· Provide support to the program staff and partners to ensure that they are regularly reporting the outputs and outcomes on beneficiaries through the agreed MIS process.
· Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports Like; all branch, area, zone Base OTR, New due, Saving, MF progrmme Profit-loss report etc.
· Collect, collate and process information and perform data quality and consistency control.
· Produce summary statistics and prepare dashboard.
· Manage and Implement MIS System and provide training on MIS system.
· The job holder will be expected to adhere to and support GUK Safety and Security policy and systems as part of their day to day duties, and comply, at all times, to safety & security protocols and directives, including reporting.
· Staff must maintain situational and self – awareness and be aware of the safety – security related consequences of their actions upon themselves, their team and the organization as a whole.
