Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, customize and maintain web-based POS (Point of Sale) software.
Write clean and efficient code using PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 and MySQL.
Design and optimize database structure, queries and reports for POS modules (sales, inventory, purchase, accounts).
Integrate REST APIs, SMS/payment gateways, barcode scanner and thermal printer with the POS system.
Customize the POS software as per client requirements and fix bugs on priority.
Provide technical support to clients during software installation, training and after-sales service.
Participate in requirement analysis, testing, deployment and technical documentation.
Coordinate with the team to deliver projects within deadline.
