Online Creative Network Pvt. Ltd. is a Bangladeshi software and cloud technology company. We develop and support industry-specific POS and business management software used by pharmacies, jewellery shops, LPG dealers, tiles & sanitary shops, restaurants and property managers across Bangladesh. We are looking for a dedicated POS Software Support Executive to join our office team in Nakla, Sherpur and take care of our customers after the sale.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to POS software customers over phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, email and remote desktop (AnyDesk / TeamViewer).
- Install, configure and set up POS software for new clients — including product/category setup, user accounts, receipt printer, barcode scanner and basic hardware configuration.
- Train shop owners and their staff on how to use the software (sales, purchase, stock, due/customer management, daily and monthly reports).
- Identify and solve common software issues; escalate real bugs to the development team with clear, step-by-step reproduction details.
- Maintain a proper support ticket log and follow up with each customer until the issue is fully resolved.
- Prepare simple Bangla user guides, FAQs and short video tutorials for customers.
- Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with the product team.
- Handle subscription renewal reminders and basic billing/account queries.
- Occasionally visit client shops for on-site installation or training when required.
- Maintain a patient, polite and professional attitude with every customer.
