Responsibilities & Context:
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer queries and messages across social media platforms (Facebook Page, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).
Publish tuition posts regularly on the Company Facebook Page and ID according to the content schedule.
Provide necessary support to other team members whenever required to ensure smooth operations.
Perform assigned duties during official office hours.
🕙 Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
After office hours, continue monitoring and responding to customer messages from home to maintain quick response times and ensure excellent customer service.
