Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Call guardians/customers and collect their tuition requirements

  • Forward requirements to the Operations Team accurately

  • Follow up with guardians regarding tutor updates and support

  • Assist with official support and administrative tasks

  • Maintain professional communication with clients and team members

  • Ensure proper coordination between guardians and Tutors

Requirements

  • Must have good communication skills

  • Should be confident in speaking on the phone calls

  • Basic computer and internet knowledge is preferred

  • Must be responsible, punctual, and hardworking

  • Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
