ইস্টার্ন মোবাইল বাংলাদেশের বিশ্বস্ত মোবাইল পার্টস সরবরাহকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান, যারা মোবাইল ডিসপ্লে, ব্যাটারি, ক্যামেরা, স্পিকার, লজিক বোর্ডসহ সব ধরনের মোবাইল পার্টস আমদানি, পাইকারি ও খুচরা বিক্রি এবং দক্ষ টেকনিশিয়ান দ্বারা দ্রুত ও নির্ভরযোগ্য মোবাইল রিপেয়ার সার্ভিসিং সেবা প্রদান করে আসছে।
আমরা আমাদের প্রফেশনাল কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিমে নতুন কিছু Call Center/Customer Support Executive নিয়োগ দিচ্ছি। আপনি যদি ধৈর্যশীল, রেসপন্সিভ এবং প্রফেশনালি গ্রো করতে ইচ্ছুক হন, তাহলে এই পজিশনটি আপনার জন্য।
দায়িত্ত্ব:
ধৈর্য ও মনোযোগ সহকারে কাস্টমারদের সমস্যা বুঝা এবং নোট রাখা
সঠিক তথ্য, ক্লিয়ার ভয়েস এবং গুছিয়ে প্রশ্নের উত্তর প্রদানের মাধ্যমে কাস্টমারকে সহায়তা করা
দ্রুত টাইপিং এবং ট্রেন্ড ফলো করে আকর্ষণীয় রিপ্লাইতে অভিজ্ঞদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে
কাস্টমারের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক স্থাপন করা এবং নিয়মিত আপডেট জানানো
সময়: ১০:৩০টা - ০৮:০০টা
