• Awareness of latest web development trends, security best-practices, frameworks, and methodologies

• Experience in eCommerce, SaaS platforms, or API-heavy applications will be treated as an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a proactive, skilled, and creative Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing technology & marketing-driven team.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about clean coding practices, problem–solving, and building scalable web solutions.

You will work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to develop, maintain, and optimize our digital platforms, e-commerce features, and internal tools.

Frontend Development

• Responsive UI/UX development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

• Framework experience: React / Vue / Angular (React preferred)

• Convert Figma/UI design into pixel-perfect web pages

• Optimize frontend performance & ensure cross-browser support

Backend Development

• Build and maintain APIs using Node.js / PHP / Laravel / Express

• Develop secure backend architecture & data processing logic

• Integrate third-party services, plugins, and payment gateways

• Troubleshoot and resolve server-side issues efficiently

Database & Cloud

• Design and manage SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL/MongoDB)

• Optimize database queries for speed and scalability

• Manage hosting, deployment & server maintenance (cPanel/VPS/cloud)

Full Stack & DevOps Workflow

• Manage version control using Git/GitHub

• Automate deployment pipelines and backups where applicable

• Ensure site uptime, security patches & error monitoring

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and department heads

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical tasks

• Produce technical documentation for systems & processes

• Security & Performance

• Implement secure coding standards (data validation, sanitization)

• Apply caching, CDN, compression & speed optimization techniques

• Maintain site reliability and reduce downtime

Other Requirements

• Maintain strong attention to detail and deadlines

• Stay updated with new web technologies & share innovative ideas

• Debug and enhance existing websites, web apps & internal tools
