Comfortable writing clear, friendly, and professional emails
Basic understanding of email marketing concepts (newsletters, promotional emails, follow-ups)
Familiarity with any email tool (Mailchimp, Gmail, or similar) is a plus, not required
Interest in customer communication and digital marketing trends
Willingness to learn and take feedback wellAble to work from 2PM - 10PM
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in drafting and scheduling email campaigns and newsletters
Help build and organize subscriber/contact lists
Support A/B testing of subject lines and email content under guidance
Track basic email performance (open rates, click rates) and prepare simple reports
Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure emails are on-brand
Maintain and update email marketing records and templates
