Final-year students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Internship track.
Graduates may be considered for direct Junior Software Engineer positions.
Preferred universities include:
BUET, DU, IUT, MIST, SUST, KUET, RUET, CUET, BRAC University, NSU, AIUB, and other reputed institutions. Exceptional candidates from any university are encouraged to apply.

Our flagship product, MMS (Manpower Management System), is a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed for Bangladesh's overseas employment industry. The platform manages document processing, OCR pipelines, government workflow integration, compliance, passport management, and secure multi-agency data isolation. We are building modern, scalable software that solves real-world operational challenges.
Job Summary:
We are looking for talented and highly motivated early-career software engineers to join our engineering team. Candidates may join as an Intern or Junior Software Engineer, depending on their skills and experience.
You will work closely with experienced engineers and founders, contributing to production software from the beginning while receiving structured mentorship and career development.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain production features across backend, frontend, and database systems.
Build scalable applications using TypeScript, NestJS, React, and PostgreSQL (Supabase).
Design, implement, test, debug, and deploy software features.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Create automated tests and ensure software quality.
Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes.
Work on OCR pipelines, document processing, and system integrations.
Integrate external APIs, scanners, barcode readers, and other hardware when required.
Utilize AI development tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining engineering quality.
Continuously improve documentation, automation, and development processes.
