Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

• Networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, IP configuration

• Experience with surveillance systems (NVR/DVR, IP cameras) and biometric/attendance devices

• Hands-on experience with restaurant POS systems, POS printers, and pager systems (preferred for QSR/restaurant industry)

• IT asset management and inventory tracking

• Vendor and ISP coordination/relationship management

• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets/sites (if applicable)

Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide all kind of IT support.

• Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware, software and networking systems

• Manage configuration and troubleshooting of network devices

• Manage configuration and troubleshooting of surveillance devices such as NVR, camera, attendance device etc

• Experience with restaurant POS software, POS printers, restaurant pager systems

• Manage service requests, equipment replacements, warranty claims and asset management

• Maintain inventory records of IT products and maintain proper documentation

• Regularly maintain IT equipment checklists

• Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs and service providers for smooth operation of activities

• Perform any other compliance-related duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
