Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant, Group of Companies, Chain shop, Amusement Park, Shopping mall, Party/ Community Center, Sports Complex

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Any Other Business Discipline

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant, Group of Companies, Chain shop, Amusement Park, Shopping mall, Party/ Community Center, Sports Complex

• Age At least 25 years

• Basic Numeracy and cash handling accuracy

• Familiarity with POS system

• Clear communication and customer service orientation

• Ability to stay composed and accurate during peak hour rush

• Honesty and integrity in handling cash and funds

• Greet and welcome customers warmly at the counter or register

• Processing payments through cash, card, mobile wallets, and giving correct change

• Operating the POS/cash register, including opening and closing the till, and reconciling cash at shift end

• Issuing receipts and invoices for completed transactions

• Handling refunds, voids, and order corrections per company policy

• Managing customer queries and complaints at the counter, escalating to a supervisor when needed

• Maintaining cash drawer accuracy, reporting discrepancies, and following loss-prevention procedures.
