Cityscape Lifestyle is a premier 18-storey private members' building located at 53 Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka. We are looking for an experienced hospitality leader for The Cave — our members' bar & lounge, operated by Continental Beverage Limited. This is a luxury hospitality leadership position within a long-term lifestyle ecosystem; it is not an entertainment or nightlife role.

The position reports functionally to the Head of Operations / F&B Director and administratively to the General Manager, and supervises the assistant manager, supervisors, bartenders, barbacks and cashiers. The final grade — Bar Manager or Senior Bar Manager — will be confirmed on appointment based on the selected candidate's experience and scope.

• Lead daily bar operations — opening, service flow and closing — in line with approved SOPs and signed checklists, and ensure full readiness of bar, POS, equipment, hygiene and ambience before service

• Achieve monthly revenue targets; run pre-shift briefings and closing reviews and take corrective action when sales pace is below target

• Promote premium spirits, signature cocktails and high-margin pairings, and propose curated menus for management approval

• Deliver discreet, personalized service to members, corporate guests and international guests, maintaining visible floor leadership during peak hours

• Identify potential members and coordinate with the sales and GRO teams, ensuring membership is introduced naturally and without pushy sales behavior

• Ensure every beverage is prepared to the approved recipe, measured accurately and billed through POS before service

• Control beverage cost, over-pouring, breakage and wastage, with zero tolerance for pilferage or leakage

• Manage receiving, storage, requisition, issue and disposal of stock; conduct daily high-value counts and periodic full stock counts with Finance and reconcile against POS records

• Investigate stock and cash variances immediately with documented findings and corrective action

• Complete end-of-shift reconciliation of cash, card, discount, void and complimentary records and ensure secure handover

• Submit daily sales summary, weekly performance report and monthly revenue & cost analysis, and support management in P&L preparation

• Prepare rosters and station plans and manage attendance, breaks and shift coverage

• Recruit, train, coach and appraise bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and cashiers; conduct daily briefings and monthly performance reviews

• Enforce license conditions, legal age verification, refusal of service and responsible service procedures at all times

• Coordinate with security on access control, crowd discipline, incident prevention and the discreet handling of high-profile guests, and maintain factual incident reports

• Protect guest, employee and sales data and prevent unauthorized photography or disclosure

• Propose and execute management-approved experiences such as executive tasting nights, corporate networking evenings and members-only events

• Operate approved POS, inventory, CRM and ERP (Odoo) systems accurately and submit all reports on time

• For Senior Bar Manager: additionally own gross margin, payroll productivity, the annual operating plan and budget proposal, and lead the development and succession of supervisors and assistant managers
